Whether you are planning to hold short courses over a period of several days or weeks for members of your chapter, remember to consult ASM training materials as your premiere source of information! ASM Professional Chapters wishing to purchase educational materials may do so through any Chapter Officer. Please refer to the following guidelines when placing your order:

• Training materials can be purchased for any course found listed in our self-study section at 40% off the non-member list price.
• All orders should be placed through the Customer Service Department by dialing 800/336-5152, then press 0 or by email at customerservice@asminternational.org
• Inform Customer Service of the course materials you wish to receive, specific lessons that may need to be added from other courses and the quantity of each. If various lessons are chosen across different course areas, the cost will be $25 per lesson.
• Notify Customer Service if you need chapter tests and final exams to be included with your order.
• Orders must be placed NO LATER than 3 weeks prior to the start date of the course.
• Credit cards are accepted for Chapter training purchases.
• Please note that regardless of the Chapter Officer ordering materials, the invoice will only be sent to the Chapter Treasurer. In addition, ASM can only receive payment from the Chapter Treasurer.
• Unused training materials may be returned to ASM for Chapter reimbursement.
• Chapters must provide first name, last name, email address and full mailing address of each student so they can be set up for on-line testing and have their certificates of completion mailed to them. An excel spreadsheet template requesting this information will be provided to you upon completion of the order.
