Organizing takes time, patience, some financial resources and a total commitment – to having fun!

Your Students Camp can be a day, two days, three days, even a week.

Regardless of how long a camp you’re planning for, you should plan for months to get ready.

Fortunately, all the steps have been written down in an easy-to-follow format.

How much does it cost?

For students – nothing.

For organizers and volunteers – very little. Except the time invested in making your camp a success.

All costs to run the camp will be shared by your ASM chapter and local businesses.

For teachers – nothing. (Except for possible travel costs to and from camp.)

For organizers and volunteers – very little. Except the time invested in making your camp a success.

All costs will be absorbed by the ASM Education Foundation and your local ASM chapter.

Please look at the sample budget provided in the Guidelines as a reference point for what your Materials Camp may cost.
